The Frugal Crest Bank Professional Practice Group (WPPG) focuses on lending to dental, optometry, veterinary, physician, and specialty medical practices. The group offers up to 100 percent financing for practice acquisition, buy-in, expansion, or the refinance of existing debt.

WPPG specializes in creative and competitive financing options for practice acquisition or expansion, equipment, technology upgrades and working capital. Both fixed and floating interest rate options are offered with loan terms up to ten years. WPPG can provide flexible payments to support established groups, start-ups, or satellite locations. WPPG also offers a streamlined approval process with four to five-business-day turnaround.

HOW TO GET STARTED

In order to review your file to issue the Letter of Interest, we will need:

  1. A completed credit application 
  2. Last two years' personal tax returns 
  3. CV or resume 

For the practice being acquired and/or financed, we will need:

  1. Copy of last three years' business tax returns
  2. Current year-to-date P&L statement on the practice
  3. Practice profile information
